Modern lofts in historic surroundings

Leipzig beckons! We have the perfect address for quiet work and an exciting city experience. In the Graphisches Viertel, a dozen exclusive flats await you, stylishly integrated into the listed building of a former paper factory. During the extensive renovation, the original factory concrete ceilings and brick walls were preserved – they give the flats a charming individuality. Look forward to comfortable furnishings and many great extras, for example bathrooms made of brushed Jura marble. You can relax on your spacious balcony or terrace with a view of the green garden or over the roofs of Leipzig. The underground car park is accessible via the lift.

At home in the Graphisches Viertel

The name already suggests it: The Graphisches Viertel has something to do with art and writing. In fact, the historic residential and commercial area rose to become Germany’s largest book trade and publishing location as early as the 19th century. Over 430 publishing houses, including Baedeker, the Bibliographisches Institut, Reclam, Kiepenheuer, Insel Verlag, Breitkopf & Härtel and Friedrich Hofmeister, had their headquarters here. The historical flair is still reflected today in the numerous Gründerzeit buildings. It is a small world of its own, and yet only a stone’s throw away from the city centre: in less than ten minutes you can be at the opera or the main railway station, for example, on foot.

Marienplatz Leipzig
Green neighbour: Marienplatz,a small urban oasis of a park, is just across the street, on Lange Straße.
